I'd head to the vet too. Have you checked her gums to make sure they are pink?

I had a little dog that was just walking down the street with me and injured his back. He was in a lot of pain, but at the time I didn't know what had happened to him. The vet was able to x-ray his spine and find the problem area, and the treatment worked wonderfully. I'd definitely have your baby checked out.
