My fosters have all used the leg pretty much right away.....of course not full weight....but they were mobile.....
How long has it been since she had the surgery? And how old and how much does she weigh?
One of my fosters who was bigger took longer to use the leg....but Emerson who weighs 4lbs was using his leg right away.....he was putting some pressure the day I took him home....but not a lot....I did not have to carry him...only up and down stairs....I gated him when I was gone because he was very mobile.....he has had both down at seperate times.....
