We're looking for a playmate for Lexi. Today I spoke with a former breeder who told me that I should NEVER put two females together. In her experience, females will kill other females in order to obtain the "alpha" position.
I know a few families that have two females, from separate litters, at different ages and I've never heard of this.
Should I be looking for a male dog?
