Amelia was only just sitting up on her own at 7months. I'm sure Sydney will be mobile before you know it and then you'll wish she stayed still!
No it's not hard to make a youtube video. You can use either a cell or a camera that takes videos as well as photos. As long as you can upload the video on to your computer you can upload it to youtube.
