You've posted several times now about this poor baby's issues - has he yet been to the vet???
Loss of appetite and lethargy can be
very bad signs in a dog...I guess I don't understand why you won't take this baby to a vet when he has so many issues, according to your posts.
I'm concerned for your Charlie bc you keep posting about health issues, but you've also posted that you won't take him to see a vet.
If money is an issue, what about Care Credit?
