You the participant and/or buyer involved with these projects agree to and understand all statements listed.
1. You the participant/buyer are submitting a photograph to the seller for use with the "All Breed Custom Products" project.
2. You the participant/buyer are not to be forced to buy resulting products if you choose to participate.
3. The seller will not use your photograph for any purpose other than the selling of the "All Breed Custom Products" on CafePress.com. In addition, the seller will not alter the photographs except cropping them in order to fit it on the products or present the photographs with any false information while selling them.
4. You the participant/buyer has the option and right to be informed after the project is complete where the seller has donated half of the proceeds to. The participant/buyer agrees it will be an animal related charity of the seller's choice.
5. You the participant/buyer has a 30 day money back guarauntee on any products purchased off CafePress.com if you choose to purchase them. If for any reason CafePress refuses this the seller will refund your money if the participant/buyer gives the seller good reason to do so.
6. You the participant/buyer are also guaraunteed that the products made with the photographs you submit will not be sold on anything other than the website given to you provided by CafePress.com.
7. By signing this contract you the participant/buyer agree that the photograph you give me is yours and you are giving me permission to use it so therefore no one can claim it belongs to them.
All above text is strictly enforced and therefore if the seller or participant/buyer breaks any such statements above they are open to any legal action that follows.
This project is being run by a minor named Caitlin Hull, therefore the parent of said minor, Lee Hull, takes full responsibility for contract.
