Hypothetically...you could breed your AKC parti male to a Biewer female. All the resulting pups would be tri colored. So the IBC would register them all as Biewers. If you breed a Biewer to a tradional AKC yorkie...all the pups would be splitters (tradional colored yorkies who carry the piebald gene) and the resulting pups would be registered with the IBC as Yorkies.
