4doggiemama and valerieam -- I think Amanda was speaking to DanicaBraggs who posted she is willing to foster Emma and look for a potential forever home for her in
Illinois. Gina decided she wants to look for people to rehome in Utah instead of shipping/travelling by YT train to another location to look for a rehome prospect. That sounds very reasonable!
It was admirable for Danica to volunteer but if they can find a local family that is right for Emma, it would be a lot easier on her.
