I could give you advice on what I think it should say, but I'm not an expert. You really should talk to a lawyer, and I'll bet anything that one would be willing to give you free advice. Try sending out a note on your german shepherd board and see if there are any attorneys who could offer you advice. We have at least one here who will probably see your post tomorrow (today, I guess ) and offer some advice.

Before I gave you a picture, I would want you to assure me what the picture was going to be used for and guarantee me that you would only use it for that purpose. That would protect me from having you or a friend of yours selling it for big bucks.

You need some protection too. Who's to say some guy named AlaskaYorkie couldn't send you a free picture, then some guy named John Doe shows up later and says the photo is his and sue you.

Don't be intimidated, though. It might be easier than you think. There are probably standard photographer free-lance forms that you could use. But definitely talk to someone more knowledgeable than me.
