Hi, genie, what's your real name? Your username is the same as a little YorkieX we had for 8 years, she died in Feb. this year from a heart condition and a tumour in the bowl, we think. We could not operate even to look because of her weak heart. A local "vet" came out to her shop to look at her but did not know a thing, a student fresh out of med school, alone on emergency call! On top of that, she refused to do a simple Xray, coz it was in the middle of the night! Well, you understand we were crazy with fear and tried to do everything to save her or make her pain free, this idiot did not even realize that she was in pain, because she just trembled, but did not scream!
Sorry, it just all comes back, we miss her so much, she slept in our bed, before her we lost 5 Greyhounds of various old age illnesses at 13.5 years all within two years, and we are still not over them either, it's only 1 year ago the last one passed on Valentines Day...
But about the bloodlines, thanks very much for searching, I will check out
the Objiwa website, sounds like a Native Indian name.
I will go to see the breeder Fitzelly (Mr and Mrs Fitzsimmons) in Mai, around the 12 May the pups will be born and on the 30 May is the European Dog Show in Dublin and we will go there and I will make photos, before at their home I will make photos of sires and dames and tell them to give me the names of sires and dams etc.
Interesting that you have European bloodlines,which ones? Would you say the Candytops is a good line? How long have you been breeding, will you tell me your website, show photos of your dogs?
I find that the candytops look similar to the Ozmillion, although they are not related, am I right, I am just judging from the pics. I cannot find pics of the Fitzelly dogs Jonathon, Missy and another two, whose names I have forgotten at the moment, but written down.
Did you not find the Candytops pedigrees empty?
Thanks for all your info, I have written to some databases in the UK and the British and Irish Kennelclubs for info, so far no reply. Hope and pray.
Mind you, I like research, especially if it yields results! With other breeds I never had problems getting pedigrees and pics, and there was also more info on the net...or am I looking in the wrong places?
