i personally would get the males done first if they are all the same age. that way you can really help to prevent the male adult behaviors (lifting leg, marking, etc). plus a neuter is a much simpler, less invasive surgery.

i feel much more comfortable with neutering early on than i do spaying at a early age...JMO of course
