When you joined I think you agreed on certain rules, but most people don't read those things when they join, they just click the check-mark by "I accept." Here's a link to the rules.

Sometimes you can't post a comment because the thread has been closed. Sometimes you can't quote someone's post because that post is being deleted while you are posting. Sometimes there are glitches in the system as well. I think the are also rules on posting in certain forums, such as the yorkies for sale or where products sold, and on some forums you might have to be a donating member before you can post. There are usually stickies at the top of each forum to give the rules for that particular forum.
