Please help us. My friends dog was just diagnosed with pancreatitis the other day, they took her in, keep her (i think overnite) gave her meds, and an injection of fluids to keep her from dyhydrating. They told her to feed chelsea boiled chicken, rice and some cottage cheese. i got a call tonight, and shes not keeping it down and has had some diarraha. She's unsure what to do at this point. Is it normal for her baby to get worst before she gets better. please advise.
My yorkie had it about a year ago, but i dont recall everything that happened.
