At such a young age you really need to feed him every couple hours throughout the day to prevnt hypoglycemia, which can be fatal. Its really important these young pups don't get over-stimulated.

If he's sleeping though the night I sure wouldn't wake him, that will just start the habit of waking up every night and wanting out.

If he's still lethargic after a couple good meals and a good nights sleep a trip for this very young pup to the vet may be warranted.
