LOL! My yorkies have not done that but my mom's dachshunds have the most fun chasing squirrels. The squirrels seem to taunt them, coming down close then racing up the trees just in the nick of time. Well, one day, one squirrel was a little too slow. Totally grossed my mom out.
OP -- I have the battery-operated rat/mouse too. Our dogs are all afraid of it though. They bark and back up and seem really scared so it's in the junk drawer. I must have sissy dogs.
