I like the Gold Label Extra Virgin for a skin conditioner,cooking oil,and for flavoring desserts.
They will try and eat the oil directly but too much will make their stools loose. What they lick off their fur doesn't bother them. |
I buy Garden of Life Organic Virgin Coconut Oil and Sissy gets this daily with her meals (instead of salmon oil). It was actually recommended by a vet and nutritionist to help with her digestive disorder and it is much lower in fat than salmon oil as well. She only gets about 1/4 tsp daily. No loose stools at all.
