I think this is the BEST solution.
Little Emma needs to be spayed asap, no doubt about that, and the OP says she is just too aggressive in their home, so by you fostering her until she can get placed is a wonderful idea. I hope it all works out, as you are truly a wonderful caring person, whom they can definitely trust in this situation
