Liver Shunt is NOT a death sentence. What tests have been done so far?
What food and treats does she eat? What 'odd' behaviors does she display???

Being that you are in NY ~ "IF" I had an LS baby - I would bring her to Cornell University Vet Hospital. They, as well as U of Tenn are the LEADERS in LS research. They BOTH do TONS AND TONS of Liver Shunt surgeries per week.
