She does not know her and posted EXACTLY what Gina requested of her. Now I do think Gina does have "updated pics" right. Of the supposed wrong dog (and for many of you that don't think she is the same dog-just as many do. Please please go for the legal Dave. We will be well taken care of and you will loose. If your family was really "well versed in the legal arena," I think you'd realize the law is not on your side here. Not only is Florida law consumer friendly, there are also penalties that can be assessed against you beyond merely refunding her money and paying for return shipping. Italian or not, you should be able to realize when standing your ground is more trouble than it's worth.
