The bottom line is, YT cannot act as a source for donations in these types of matters - it would set us up for all manner of scams and puts our members at risk.

And the heart of the matter is -- there is a little dog's well being at stake here, which really has nothing to do with money whatsoever. So, I think at this point a person has to ask themselves, what is the best thing I could do for THIS DOG --> and then do it.
