My dachshunds REFUSE to go outside when its raining, they hate getting muddy, and they are OK for bath time, however, FIona, she is the total opposite! she loves being outside, getting wet, or playing in the mud, however, you would think i'm totally abusing her when it comes to bath time, she hates it!
But, yes it is pretty normal for dogs to not like the rain or even not want to go outside it in, with my doxies, i had to teach them to hurry up and go potty when its raining out!
