12 weeks is the minimum for me. However, almost all of mine are 13 to 14 weeks old before they leave. I understand her anxiousness to have her puppy. However, you are the advocate for your puppies and you have to do what's best for them. A couple more weeks will make all the difference to the life of that puppy.
