We had a really good vegitarian dinner last night. We eat meat, which I buy from a "humane" farm market near me, but I like eating veggie meals here and there. The US seems to be one of the few, or possibly the only country that uses meat as a main dish instead of a side, and eats such LARGE portions of it. I try to serve smaller portions for health purposes.
We had a great potato cheese souffle with sweet corn. YUM.
