I bathe my pup in the kitchen sink with a rubber mat on the bottom (you can get at Walmart). I rinse her mostly under the faucet and then use the spray attachment for harder to reach places. When I wash her face, I comb out the eye gunk with the flea comb after I have wet and washed that area. I use a toothbrush lightly to wash the mustache area and rinse with the sprayer on that area very carefully. She gets dried off on the counter with the towel under her so she can rub her head on it while I blow dry her. I use Chris Christensen Ice On Ice and Silk Spirits to give her more shine. This is what works for me. Don't worry, it'll get easier for your pup as she gets used to it more. |
