Kallie is in heat....Stewie was neutered 9 months ago....I checked to make sure and his testicles are gone...But everytime I turn around, they are tied...This morning I had to poor cold water on them to seperate them....I thought if he was neutered he would not have the urge......Anybody ever dealt with this??
