I chose N. Carolina because of the beach area. My son loves the beach and dh vetoed the caribbean
and he will not live in Florida or Cali. but he always loved South Carolina so we started researching and started leaning towrds N. Carolina but Colorado is high on our list also. My dh likes it because he is a ski demon , I on the other hand am a crash dummy on ski's
