. I love mushrooms and especially portabellas - YUM! I agree w/ Nikki too - I like the fake bacon - we call it "facon"

. The fake chicken nuggets are good -- oh and Quorn is DELISH! Other fun stuff to try is seitan, tempeh, and "mock duck" (which is really seitan, basically). So happy for you, my friend!
