I used to donate but don't anymore. The hospital I donated at was much better than red cross. They would always miss and then try to adjust the needle which is a NO NO!! But after so many times I have gotten alot of scar tissue so donating really hurts. One arm the needle is the same size as my veins so I am giving it a rest. But definatly I would recommend donating. Just think of all the lives you can save!
