I was a wreck when Gracie was spayed!!!!!!!!! By day 2 she was back to her banshee self so I had to limit her movement to one room, keep her on a VERY short leash while going potty(and right back inside, no play), and tried to keep the activity level down in general for the whole household to keep her as calm as possible. Trying to keep her from jumping on the sofa was the hardest thing of all!!!!!!!!!! I finally put a bunch of boxes on the sofa to deter her when I was elsewhere.............good luck
