I donate also and it's not as bad as your thinking.......I just try and focus on something else , for instance......what I'm going to fix for dinner?....who are all these other people in here?....I should have worn nicer shoes.......I bet I can squish this ball down to nothing!......I should have peed first.....etc.etc.....
