The toxin is called "Persin" that avacados contain. It is toxic to a wide variety of animals. I would keep an eye on them just in case. Usually the cases that have been reported are ones in which the animals have ingested large amounts of the toxin,ie. the fruit, its skin, or the leaves of the tree. Keep us posted . |
