They still need a warrant to come into your house. Make sure when you answer the door the dogs cannot be seen. They still cannot go into your house without your permission. Just because someone calls with a complaint doesn't mean it is a legitimate complaint. I could call and say my neighbor has 15 dogs. Still doesn't make it okay for them to walk into his house.
