Your pictures are so cute!!! You may want to try the "Step-In harness." You can google it to see what it looks like. A couple of members here make them, but I got mine at PetSmart because I wanted to try it on him at the store. Prince is between a small and a medium. The pic in the link is pink, but they have several other colors as well. This harness is off the neck completely. (It's called Comfort Wrap harness at Pet Smart.)
