Will someone with Yahoo toolbar please click your pencil menu and see if uninstall is there. Also would someone with firefox please check your tool and see if extensions is an option. None of that is there on mine.  When I go to my control panel and click uninstall programs, yahoo toolbar isn't even listed. I don't know what on earth is going on today.

Did you try changing your user profile? It says if you can't fix it by those methods that "you might need to create a new user profile for your browser". I think they mean the user profile in firefox.
