Prince has never had a problem with fleas, but just today, I asked his vet about preventative options. I didn't want anything oral...I was leaning towards spot treatments of some sort. The type that Prince had used was Frontline. He had gotten very sensitive to that; I wanted a change. The vet reccommended Animal Pharmaceuticals CM2 Flea and Tick shampoo. It was $16.00 for 16 oz. I gave Prince a bath with it today, and we both really like it. It has a very clean smell and leaves his hair very silky. My husband thought I had used Minksheen. The residual effect is three weeks.
This product has to be purchased thru a vet.
