I truly believe this is the same dog. If you would have posted the pictures of her that you posted when you go her, all clean and dressed up, you will see how lighting can make a dog look completely different at times. If anyone is to blame, it's you. How many times have you heard: NEVER buy a dog sight unseen? Go to the breeders home and check out living conditions and so on.
I feel sorry for this baby now. She deserves to have a wonderful, loving, forever home. This isn't the first time I have seem people that have a 2 & 3 pound Yorkie decide it needed a play-mate only to be very dissapointed when it "arrives" and is larger or not as cute. Then they start finding fault right away like, it growls, it chews, it attacks my tiny baby and so on. I hope you get your money back so the lady can find loving parents for her.
