I believe while reading all the "he said", "she said", emails, camera uploads, photos, alleged lies and snippets that we've lost sight of the most important thing....and that would be the happiness of this sweet little Yorkie girl.
Can the two of you find a way to make this a happy ending for her? Perhaps the buyer and the seller can put their differences aside for the sake of that sweet little girl and find her a home she will like? After that is done, then the two of you can settle your differences (shipping costs, vet bills, monies paid, etc). Just a thought...it's not meant to offend anyone. I guess I've decided to not side with either the buyer or the seller. I'm siding with the dog....

After reading this I also feel like I should share my thoughts. I agree with KJLive, I'm taking the dogs side because she should go to a good home. I see that the only thing the buyer wants is to find a loving home for the poor little girl. The seller has not stated at all that she would like the same.

IMO, I feel that both sides should talk among themselves and they both should just try to find a good home for the dog.

#2 this BLOWS my mind that a breeder would not GLADLY take a dog back if it is a wrong fit. And honestly, I don't give a crap 'who' is responsible for paying shipping. If my dog went to a home that wasn't working out, my god, the money would be refunded and I would get my dog back ASAP ~ and shame on me for not going above and beyond to make sure it was the right home/situation for this particular dog (who has aggression issues)....

I am really in awe about all this back and forth....

Responsibility NEEDS to be taken ~ This isn't high school anymore

Agree once again, this isn't high school. This is for what I've seen so far on here, that its a respectable forum with many people that own, want to sell/buy yorkies.

If everyone would take a step back and just look at the bigger picture here: THE DOG. This dog just needs a home where someone can be there to train and take care of her and has no other dogs or small children. The seller should just refund money, and help find a home for the dog.

All in all I just hope that the dog finds a home that will be completely suitable for her.
