Ellie gets Proviable by Nutramax. It is for diarrhea issues but she also has a liver problem. I'm not convinced that it has done any good.
For liver problems a lot of people like VSL #3 but then some vets will tell you that human probiotics don't work for dogs....... So whatever works for you.
How about trying Tylan?
