Was this in broad day light? I've never been to the dog park here but I've heard from others that have that you can't even let your dog in the park unless it's papers have been checked. It has security there making sure all dogs are vaccinated before entering. At night I've heard of people just jumping the fence though. Maybe not all parks have this sort of security during the day. Poor little puppy, I'm glad someone has offered to give it a safe haven. |
