It is so horrible. I recently started volunteering at a no kill shelter and I always read the file on the dog before I walk them. You would not belive how many were found on the street. Most of the ones I work with are the small dogs and a really cute and sweet. A pug, a puggles and a fluffy mix were all found on the street that I had been walking. All of them have been adopted now. I just can't believe people can do it but now I see that it is pretty common. I hope that person takes the puppy. |
