I am not to sure.

Could that be from the breeder doing a bad job at shaving the hair of the puppy ears.

If you could you post a picture, we might be able to help you better.

My 2 males got to a fight once and they both when for each other ears. But your dog is a little young to get to a fight!

Did the breeder had any bigger dogs? Some breed like to go after the cat ears so maybe that is what happen.

Hope someone will help you better.
