I use Angel Eyes for my white Pommie but not for my Yorkies. I just comb out the gunk with a flea comb. Actually, I only have one Yorkie that tears. The other two don't have any problems except at certain times of the year which I attribute to allergies. My vet has them on Benedryl during that time. Cuts down on the tearing. As for it working, yes it works. Brand of food also affects tearing/staining. Snowboy was on Taste of the Wild for awhile when I was searching for a kibble for him. Angel Eyes didn't help during that time. It was horrible. Changed kibble and it was drastically reduced. I would also recommend that you do a 'search' here on YT on that subject. It has been brought up numerous times and there have been very informative responses.
