Hi, We purchased a toy yorkie from Kim in December for our 3 girls last Christmas after almost deciding to get one from a pet store/puppy mill. I was just about to give up when I found her website. Kim at Playhouse Puppies is very knowledgeable about the breed and is planning to go to school to become a vet. I thought her website was very informative and after reading a book on Yorkies, she supplied me with all the information that the book said you should get from a breeder.
Our puppy is now 6 months old and as healthy as can be. Kim kept in constant communication with me as well as sent me pictures of the new puppies and answered all my questions. My husband and I went to her house to select the puppy we wanted and held her until Christmas morning (of course with a deposit) when I picked her up. I would highly recommend purchasing from her however her website has been giving her problems so it's currently not available. I know that she had 2 males left from the litter from last September when I last spoke with her in February and there was another litter (I think her sister's or aunt's) that were born in October that I think had some males left. She stands behind her puppies and would take back one if she had to. She doesn't want to see them be brought to a shelter should someone decide they cannot take care of them.
