I've been getting worried about my little girl lately. Since she was little, whenever she ate too fast she'd throw up a little, but she would swallow it and that was it, no more issues. The last few days, I've noticed her doing that little throw up then swallow thing at several points within the day. I've even found a few spots on the carpet of that yellow bile. Is this something to be worried about? She eat dry kibble for her meals, and I have different treats I give her, but nothing new. All the food she's had in the last month she's had for the last 9-10 months.

She seems to be having some allergy issues lately, if that matters. She sneezes and scratches at her nose. Other than being scared of thunder today and being a little clingy, her personality is pretty much the same as always. I'm just curious if this is something I should really be concerned with, or if this was normal for most yorkies, but she just hadn't gotten there yet. Please let me know what you think!
