I think two recent reviews were definitely unwaranted - gofetch and sassypup. I haven't personally bought anything from sassypup yet but haven't ever heard any negatives, and with gofetch I've met DES in person and have bought many things from her and her customer service and products are excellent!
I don't think the sellers made mistakes in the above reviews - sounded like the buyers did or didn't read how long it would take to ship out in sassypups case. However sellers are human and not perfect so it's possible they could make a mistake which might be frustrating for the buyer, but a good seller will do what they can to make it right in a timely manner which I know DES would.
Now with that said I would never want to take our right to post reviews here away. There have been some vendors here who ended up scamming people and it's always good to hear others experiences. People need to always give the seller a chance to make it right first and think carefully before the write a negative review.
