First, we note on our site that these are special ordered harnesses and take time to ship...but since you demanded a refund...we issued you a full refund, as you requested and recalled the package to be returned to us. We even sent you proof on our end (from our bank) that it was refunded in full on the 6th. We have done our part to refund you as requested and are a fair and honest company.
Perhaps you should contact your bank and cover all bases before you post a derogatory slanderous statement like this in a public forum, especially seeing that you've posted all but 4 posts in this forum. |
