and your right, and I made that point in both of my post. That a little dog wouldnt kill any one, but they can bite and harm someone. The point that I was trying to make that All dogs can bite and have the potential to be dangerous. I wasnt trying to agrue that pits (or whatever) cant be or arent dangerous.

subdivision." I understand that. If they arent suppose to be there, then you and the OP as home owners in a community that pits arent allowed have that right to make it known that they are there. I apologize if I turned this into a debate, I didnt want that. I was just stating my opioion on the matter.
