The Bellagio is very nice - we also love The Venetian and The Hotel. Food is $$$ in Vegas, as are spas etc. - but it'd probably be w/ in your budget, I think? The Venetian, btw, has a Canyon Ranch spa at their hotel - FABulous.
Hmmm, it really depends on what you like to do - do you want to lounge around and beach it, or see shows/shop/gamble/eat (Vegas), or be active and sightsee?
