I think if the MVD is severe enough to use all the things you listed, overvaccinating is a major concern. Vaccines are very hard on the liver.

What vaccines does she get and how often?
How about flea and heartworm meds?

Some owners with liver compromised dogs really like VSL #3 (human probiotic) or Azodyl (specific to kidney function if there are any UTIs or stones). I don't have experience with either but one or both "may" help.
