A reaction is possible but not too likely.
See, your pup doesn't do well on Frontline but Ellie does okay with it, so it depends on the dog...
Advantage Multi is too new, I don't like over-the-shoulders heartworm medication, etc.
Revolution has a pretty high mortality rate associated with it compared to other brands (if more people use Rev. this wiill be the case but I think Heartgard is way more popular with way less deaths a year and Interceptor is also pretty popular). The heartworm protection from Rev. is also being questioned. I would not trust it for heartworms at all. The disease is just too serious.
